How long will it take for my items to arrive?
All of our products are delivered within 3-5 business days. If you need your hammock to arrive earlier, you can pick the option in the cart page during check out.
For deliveries on the next business day, you need to make your purchase before 2 pm (M-F)

If you live out of Mexico, international delivery mostly takes within 7-10 business days to arrive. (Please note that customers are responsible for any duties/customs fees when the product arrives in your country). *If you live out of Mexico, please note that the items containing wood, can be sent internationally but please check your countries customs regulations as international postage is at your risk.

Returns + Exchanges
We offer returns but, our policy lasts 7 days. If more than 7 days have gone by since you receive your product, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
- Do not ship your hammock or product back before contact our team about your issue and receiving a confirmation note from us that we will accept your product.
- The shipping costs for returns/exchanges must be covered by the customer.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If upon inspection the items are deemed in unsellable condition or have been used or altered in any way, your refund or exchange credit will be subject to approval. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. Please note that custom hammock orders are final.
Note: Customer will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping to the customer will be deducted from your refund.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org
Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded or changed.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged from the origin. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at email@example.com
Note: Customer will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If it is chosen for an exchange, the cost of the shipment back to the customer will be paid by the customer.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to arrive may vary.
*If you are shipping an item over $1,000.00 MXN, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
